Our Natick MA Adult Membership Plan (age 14 and up)

• Two Professional Dental Cleanings per year
• Two Dental Exams and Oral Cancer Screenings per year
• One set of Bitewing x-rays (four films) per year or a full mouth series of x-rays. Option based on necessity. (Full mouth typically taken every 3 to 5 years)
• 1 Emergency Exam with x-ray per year
• Oral Hygiene Instructions

Pediatric Membership Plan (age 13 and younger)

• Two Professional Dental Cleanings per year
• Two Dental Exams and Oral Cancer Screenings per year
• Two fluoride treatments per year
• One set of bitewing x-rays per year (two or four films based on age)
• One Emergency Exam with x-ray per year
• Oral Hygiene Instructions

Periodontal Plan

• Four Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings per year
• Two Dental Exams and Oral Cancer Screenings per year
• One set of Bitewing x-rays (four films) per year or a full mouth series of x-rays. Option based on necessity. (Full mouth typically taken every 3 to 5 years)
• One Emergency Exam with x-ray per year
