Our office is reopening! As we are creating a plan that best suits the needs of all of our patients, it is important to know how we can best serve you.
Most appointments in our office are scheduled months in advance, and a lot has happened in the past few months. This pandemic has been an uncertain time for all of us. Schedules have changed. Lives have changed. Childcare, school, and summer camp plans have changed. Life as we knew it is completely different, and we understand that.
We want to be able to accommodate as many patients as possible who have missed necessary preventative treatment, but we need input from you to do that.
If you have an upcoming scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you check to see if that time and date still work with your schedule and confirm it with us. If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can release that appointment time to a patient on our waiting list.
If you are unsure if you have an upcoming appointment, would like to schedule one, or have a general question, the best way to contact us is through email. You may also call our office and leave a message if we are not in. As we reopen, we will also be reaching out to patients that we have been unable to connect with about cancelled appointments to find a time that works best for them.
Please know that if you do have an upcoming appointment, we may have to alter the time a little bit. Preparing the rooms takes slightly longer with new regulations in place.
We are anticipating to open in a few weeks for cleanings, and then for all procedures by the end of the month.
